JOIN US!
Would you like to
• learn tips and techniques for successful gardening at
Lake Monticello?
• enjoy camaraderie with others who are interested in
gardening?
• help educate others on landscaping, horticulture, and
conservation topics?
• contribute to the beauty of your community?
Lake Monticello Beautification Corps (LMBC) invites you to
join us as we maintain more than 50 gardens located
throughout the Lake community. Not all members participate
in the volunteer group’s physical gardening work. Many
support the group’s mission in other ways such as
organizing projects or coordinating fund raising efforts.
The group holds monthly business meetings on the first
Monday of the month from 9:30 to 11:30 at the Clubhouse
Terrace Room. On the remaining Monday mornings work
parties plant, prune, and weed the various public gardens
around the Lake.

holiday, the clubhouse will be closed on

September meeting has been rescheduled to
